What You will be Doing
- Develop new game titles, features
- Optimize game performance and look after important metrics
- Design and plan architecture, and implement code
- Explore new technical solutions and tools for the team
- Understand the company culture and be an example for the team
- Contribute to prototyping and design discussions from an early stage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Proficient in C# and Unity
- Proficient in using source code management tools such as Git
- Good understanding in the development workflow for mobile and PC games
- Prior experience as a game developer is a bonus
- Having publicly-available source code in Git and/or game shipping experience (to itch.io, etc) is a huge bonus
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Based in Jakarta, Indonesia or willing to relocate in Jakarta
What You Will be Doing
- Conducting market research to identify trends among competitors.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Creative teams to identify new creative approaches.
- Analyzing the concepts’ performance for further learning.
- Participating in the brainstorms and creative reviews.
- Oversee the designing of trailers and other such videos from start to finish.
- Keeping track of Steam festivals and other similar events that are attendable.
- TikTok: Establishing a production strategy/ writing the concepts and briefs in the TikTok genre.
- Outsourcing: Contact Youtubers, Media and other content creators to liaise with them on how we can collaborate together.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge in current and future trending social media is a must.
- At least basic video editing skills are required.
- Prior experience in game marketing is a huge bonus.
